“Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags behind the desk while we enjoyed more of the island before we caught our afternoon ferry. Location was nicely situated to enjoy the town on foot.”

“We paid $652 for two nights for what was advertised as a Deluxe King Room, but were given a small, windowless room with a full-size bed instead. At no point before check-in were we told the room had no windows, despite this being a major feature that should have been disclosed. We never would have booked this room had we known. The room was also dirty. The toilet hadn’t been properly cleaned, there was a water bottle cap under the bed, debris across the floor, and the bottoms of my feet turned……

“The best part about this hotel is the location and pool. If this hotel was located anywhere else, and they did not have a swim at bar, I would be giving them one star. The customer service from one of the girls was dreadful. The golf cart reservation that we made 2 months prior to the trip was not written down or saved. The girl at the front desk did not care at all and did not try to accommodate us or help us in any way. However, the men working there are incredibly nice. The breakfast sucks,……

“If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. My husband and I booked this stay for our anniversary, and unfortunately it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. We were so disappointed that we left early. From the moment we arrived, the problems started. It was over 90 degrees outside, yet the only ice machine in the building was completely out of ice. Our room had clearly not been cleaned before we checked in. We notified the front desk on our first day, but no one……

“The stay was good and located close to everything in Put In Bay, which made easy walking to see sights. The room had several beds to sleep on. We chose the bed on the right of the room to sleep in, only to find the mattress sheet didn't fit the bed and kept coming of mattress, mattress is wore out on the left side and the right side, kept sliding to the middle of the bed. We didn't try the other beds due to not wanting to mess up a bunch of beds for them to make. Staff was friendly and……

“Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be .……

“The location was great! Private beach was very nice. The office closes at 8:00 and that is where the ice machine is located, so no ice after 8. Could have been a bit cleaner, but overall, a great place to stay.”
